About Reservation and Subscription.
If there is availability we ask you to send prepayment for 1 night of rent so we will be able to guarantee you to be well accommodated at the busy tourists season. You can do not make any prepayment, but in this case we will accommodate you at the one of free apartments price you want (all apartments are about the same quality).
Prepayment accepted by western union office or by www.westernunion.com using your credit cards (if you are American citizen).

In a few days we will open new bank account also to accept payments for reservation and membership. To get banking coordinates, please, write to ukrcity@ukr.net
The cost of subscription is $36 per year (its only $3 per month).
Note: If you use our rental services we provide contact information of ladies for free. We do not organize meetings with ladies. We only can give you their email addresses or telephone numbers if they are available.

Note: One Bedroom Apartment differs from Studio only by having one more room. Consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hall, balcony. Some studios have 2 separate sleeping places.
Rental price includes:
1. Bed and kitchen accessories, towels;
2. Electric and public utilities, local phone calls.
3. If you rent an apartment more then 7 days the price includes: apartment cleaning and fresh bed accessories every 3-5 days; washing once per week (standard package: underwear, 2-3 shirts, 1-2 trousers).

Rental price does not include:
1. Long distance and international phone calls.

Other services:
1. Cooking: 5-10$ (it depends on quantity of dishes you order) + cost of food stuff.
2. Washing: 5-10$ per one time (it depends on quantity of things).
3. Guide/interpreter: 20$ per 4 hours.
4. Driver with a car: 25$ per day (up to 8 hours) + the cost of gas.
5. Meeting at the airport: 20$

All prices are negotiable.
